内务府堂郎中官名。清康熙四十二年（1703）置，随即停补。雍正十三年（1735）复置。为内务府主要官员，掌府属文职官员铨选，并督催、查核各司及下属机构承办事务。亦称坐办堂郎中。员一人，由六库郎中升用，或选院卿及护军统领兼任。
