常识	虎牢关
释义	虎牢关一名成皋关。本春秋虎牢邑，秦置关。在今河南荥阳市西北汜水镇西。北魏太和十八年（494）置东中郎府于关城。东魏时置北豫州及成皋郡治此。唐避先祖名讳，改为武牢关。北宋大中祥符四年（1011）改为行庆关。金复名虎牢关。明洪武四年（1371）改名古崤关。清仍名虎牢关。关萦带山阜，北临黄河，绝岸峻涯，以为险固。自古为戍守重地。
