据清六峰樵客《仙都小憩图》载：在童子峰外练金溪畔，约建于明代，当为游人瞻仰鼎湖峰雄姿的仰止之处，后废。在庆祝缙云建县一千三百周年（公元1997年）大会上，由缙云旅台同胞李延品、舒寿福两先生捐款十万元。新亭重檐十二柱式，黄帝合宫形，有古朴典雅之感。
