释义	清芬阁集书名。清朱采撰。十二卷。朱采，字亮生，以诸生先后寓李鸿章、张之洞幕。官知山西汾州府，升雷琼道，以愤官场之颓靡，告病归里。生平留心时务，如书中所议治河、海防、矿务诸项，颇为时人瞩目，又书中所记与外人交涉事宜，亦有参考之价值。有光绪三十四年（1908）刊本。
