释义	马福塔（？—1640）清满洲正黄旗人，纳喇氏。初授牛录额真。天聪五年（1631）任户部参政，后擢承政。屡奉命通使朝鲜，商议互市，交涉事务，每多所要索。崇德元年（1636）从攻朝鲜，奉敕劝说朝鲜国王归顺。
