释义	霸上一作灞上。在今陕西西安市东灞水上，故名。地处白鹿原北首，灞水西岸。为咸阳、长安东面近郊军事要地。《史记·王翦列传》：王翦将兵六十万击荆，“（秦）始皇自送至灞上”；《秦始皇本纪》：“楚将沛公破秦军入武关，遂至霸上”，皆即此。
