释义	陈湣公（？—前479）春秋时陈国国君。公元前501—前479年在位。名周，一说名越。陈怀公之子。继怀公即位。陈湣公六年（前496）孔子适陈。十三年，吴国伐陈，楚军救陈，吴师遂退。二十三年，楚惠王以兵伐陈，他被杀，陈亡。
