释义	资州起义清宣统三年四月（1911.5）四川保路运动声势日大，八月清廷派署四川总督端方统带湖北新军二千人入川镇压。途中获悉武昌起义消息，新军中的革命党人陈镇藩、李绍白等遂在四川资州（今资中）举兵反正。十月初六日（11.27）杀死端方及其弟端锦，协统邓承拔、标统曾广大缒城出逃。起义军推陈镇藩为统领，张贴“大汉国民革命军布告”。不久旋师回鄂参加对清军作战，后改编为鄂军教导团。
