释义	贵谋贱战西汉赵充国提出的用兵理念。也是对孙子“上兵伐谋”思想的应用与发展。《汉书·赵充国传》记载：“充国常以远斥候为务，行必为战备，止必坚营壁，尤能持重，爱士卒，先计而后战。”他曾上书曰：“帝王之兵，以全取胜，是以贵谋而贱战。”又提出：“臣闻兵以计为本，故多算胜少算。”贵，重视；贱，轻视。认为重谋略取胜，是一切明智将帅的共识。
