释义	昙摩迦罗（Dharmakāla）一译昙柯迦罗。中天竺（今印度）人，其名意译“法时”。僧人。三国魏嘉平二年（250）至洛阳，诸僧共请译戒律，乃在白马寺译成《僧祇戒心》（即《大众部戒律节要》），并集众僧受戒，中国佛教戒律始于此。
