家令司官署名。元世祖至元二十年（1283）置，隶储政院，秩正三品，有家令、家丞各二员，典簿二员，照磨一员，掌东宫饮膳供帐仓库；三十一年改名内宰司，隶徽政院。大德十一年（1307）复立，秩升从二品，至大四年（1311）罢；仁宗延祐四年（1317）复立，秩正三品，七年又罢；泰定元年（1324）复由内宰司改名，天历元年（1328）罢，未几复立，二年又罢。明洪武七年（1374）公主府置，有家令一员，正七品，二十三年改为中使司。
