常识	子午道
释义	子午道从关中至汉中的南北通道。古人以“北”为“子”，“南”为“午”，故名。《汉书·王莽传》：元始五年（5）王莽通子午道，“从杜陵（今长安县东）直绝南山（今秦岭），径汉中”。南口在今陕西安康县境。三国时魏、蜀交争常出此道。南朝梁另开新路，略向西移，自今西安市南至宁陕县。唐天宝间，剑南涪州贡生荔枝，即由此道以达长安。
