释义	四不和战国吴起提出的四项出兵原则。《吴子·图国》：“昔之图国家者，必先教百姓而亲万民。有四不和：不和于国，不可以出军；不和于军，不可以出陈（阵）；不和于陈（阵），不可以进战；不和于战，不可以决胜。”“四不和”表现了四个层次：国、军、阵、战；其核心在于民心与军心。国不和者，民心乖违；军不和者，将吏士卒心异；阵不和者，行列部伍不相协调；战不和者，坐起进退难以统一。有一不和且不可出战，况四不和乎？故“有道之主将用其民，先和而造大事”（同上）。
