常识	北平道
释义	北平道官署名。明初都察院十二道之一。洪武十五年（1382）始置，设监察御史三至五人。掌监察百官，以时巡按所部，追核刑名，照刷卷宗；并协管在京吏部、金吾卫、旗手卫、直隶苏州府卷宗照刷工作。建文中罢。成祖即位，复置。永乐元年（1403）改北京道。
