释义	典膳所官署名。明代王府长史司下辖机构。洪武四年（1371）设，隶王相府。十三年罢王相府后，隶王府长史司。设典膳正一人，正八品；副一人，从八品。掌祭祀、宾客、亲王及王妃之膳羞。
