杨姨妈丝娃娃是“贵阳八大名小吃”代表店，较大的特色为丝娃娃，同时也有炒饭、冰粉等美食。店里的丝娃娃配菜有十多种,米粉制成的面皮包裹住一些萝卜丝、黄瓜丝、海带丝折耳根节等蔬菜,再配上各种调料混合而成的特色蘸水，一个人至少要吃上十多个才过瘾。
