常识	夷蒐之法
释义	夷蒐之法春秋时晋国赵盾制定的法。晋襄公七年（前621），蒐于夷（今地不详），恢复三军，以赵盾为中军之帅，赵盾“于是乎始为国政，制事典，正法罪，辟狱刑，董逋逃，由质要，治旧夸，本秩礼，续常职，出滞淹，既成，以授大傅阳子与大师贾佗，使行诸晋国，以为常法”（《左传·文公六年》）。至晋顷公十三年（前513）铸刑鼎，所颁布的范宣子所作刑书即本于此，参见“范宣子刑书”。
