易兆云旧居位于天津市河北区民族路90、92号。意大利风格洋楼，具有文艺复兴风格元素，其中92号是意租界较为杰出的建筑之一。易兆云（1870—1933），曾经从商，后因家庭关系从军，曾任浙江省督军府军需处处长。易兆云故居建筑为意式风格，外檐、廊柱及雕花装饰经整修，已恢复其原有风貌。
