read over (something)
To examine or analyze the contents of some written work. A noun or pronoun can be used between "read" and "over." Before we begin the meeting, has everyone read the investors' briefing? Would you mind reading my report over to see if I made any mistakes?

to read something. When you have a chance, read this over. Also, read over this report.
