释义	黄亢北宋建州浦城（今属福建）人，字清臣。自幼聪颖，好学强记，文词奇伟。十五岁时，携文谒翰林学士章得象，颇受称许。天禧间，游历杭州，赠诗林逋，深得赏识。知州王随禁西湖为放生池，且禁游宴，乃作长诗以讽，士人争相传诵。著有《东溪集》，不传。
