释义	马酒马乳制成的酒。汉时已有生产。《汉书·礼乐志》：“师学百二十四人，其七十二人给大官挏马酒。”颜师古注：“李奇曰：‘以马乳为酒，撞挏乃成之。’挏音动。马酪味如酒，而饮之亦可醉，故呼马酒也。”汉设专官负责，其官初名“家马”，武帝太初元年（前104）改名“桐马”。
