释义	预借①加税之一。宋代两税等税，按照规定，不得以预借为名加倍征收。但往往有预借一、二年甚至六、七年者，其预借税额亦不止于两税正额，支移、折变、加耗等等，照各地惯例，也税上加税，使人户负担成倍增加。②宋制，川峡、广南、福建等路边远州军幕职州县官，允许预支一月至数月俸钱，亦称“预借”。
