释义	郑惟忠（？—722）唐宋州宋城（今河南商丘东南）人。仪凤进士。天授中，应制举。历水部员外郎、凤阁舍人。中宗时，擢黄门侍郎。奏请从岭南风俗，准酋长家存兵器。进大理卿，转御史大夫。开元初，为礼部尚书、太子宾客。
