释义	邠州唐开元十三年（725）改豳州置。治新平县（今彬县）。辖境相当今陕西彬县、长武、旬邑、永寿四县地。属关内道。北宋属永兴军路。金属庆原路。元属陕西行省。明废新平县入州，属西安府。清雍正三年（1725）升为直隶州，辖境相当今陕西彬县、旬邑、淳化、永寿四县地。属陕西省。1913年降本州为邠县。
