释义	要缺又称繁缺。清代地方官员缺名目之一。指职务紧要之员缺。清制，知府、同知、通判、知州、知县等地方官，以冲、繁、疲、难四者定员缺紧要与否之等差，其兼四项者为最要缺，三项者为要缺，二项者为中缺，一项者为简缺。
