释义	西省①汉永乐宫司。《后汉书·董皇后纪》：“孝仁皇后使故中常侍夏恽、永乐太仆封谞等交通州郡，辜较在所珍宝货赂，悉入西省。”李贤注：“西省，即谓永乐宫之司。”②官署名。东晋为门下三省之一，设在宫禁中，为禁军将领直宿处。孝武帝常居内殿，以武官受纳奏书，以他省郎官如中书侍郎、散骑侍郎等轮流直宿，起草诏诰，号西省郎。南朝在驻禁军外亦置学士等文学侍从之臣，掌图书、著作、撰史等事。北魏孝文帝改制后为禁军直宿专署。北齐因之。③南朝中书省、秘书省别称。④唐代中书省别称。
