释义	行适《吕氏春秋》用语。《吕氏春秋·适音》：“欲之者，耳目鼻口也；乐与弗乐者，心也。心必和平然后乐，心必乐然后耳目鼻口有以欲之。故乐之务在于和心，和心在于行适。”以为情欲应受“心”或即理性的主导，而心对于情欲的主导主要是“行适”，也即适度、平和。体现了《吕氏春秋》节制物欲养生理论。
