释义	汉川县北宋太平兴国二年（977）改义川县置。治今湖北汉川市西北刘家隔。熙宁四年（1071）省，元祐元年（1086）复。绍兴五年（1135）又省，旋又复。属汉阳军。元至元二十二年（1285），徙治今市。属汉阳府，明清因之。
