昭勇将军官名。北齐置，以褒赏军功勋臣，无职事，六品上，位在尚书诸曹郎中之上。明代定为正三品武官初授之散阶称号。清初沿置，为武职中属绿营者正三品之封赠。乾隆二十年（1755）改名武义大夫。
