常识	拱宸城
释义	拱宸城为伊犁九城之一。在今新疆霍城县西境。清乾隆四十五年（1780）建于伊犁河北岸霍尔果斯。驻绿营屯镇参将。同治十年（1871），沙俄侵入伊犁后被毁。光绪十四年（1888）设霍尔果斯分防厅。今称老霍城。
