释义	战道不违时《司马法》中以爱民为准则的作战原则。《司马法·仁本第一》：“战道不违时，不历民病，所以爱吾民也。”认为既以仁为本，爱护百姓就是根本原则。为了不伤害百姓，作战不能违背农时，不能在百姓疾疫流行时兴兵征伐，反映出对民众的关爱。
