释义	外科枢要书名。明薛己撰。四卷。收入《薛氏医案》中。为薛氏治疗疮疡之经验总结，凡六十条，先论诊治后附方药。认为疡科临床必须在明虚实、本末，以及调阴阳和气血的基础上，正确运用疏通、托里、荣卫三大法则。强调整体治疗，即便以针刺排脓，也应先药后针。是一部有实用价值的外科专著。
