常识	地方清丈编审法
释义	地方清丈编审法清代丈量地方田地、审定科则标准之法令。顺治十二年（1655）颁部铸步弓尺于天下，宽一步、长二百四十步为一亩。令有司乘农隙亲率里甲长履亩丈量，以定疆界、杜隐占、息争讼、均赋役。凡丈量册原载丘段四至不清者丈，欺隐牵累、有地无粮、有粮无地者丈，亩步不符赋则或浮者丈，荒熟相间、旗民盐灶以及边地民番相错者丈，壤界相接、畛域不分者丈，荒芜召垦、寄粮分隶者丈，水冲沙压、公占应抵应豁者丈。濒江、濒海之区五年一丈，视其坍涨而别升科、免赋。
