司仓下大夫官名。西魏恭帝三年（556）置，北周沿置。地官府司仓司长官（一说在其上曾设中大夫，此职为次官），员一人，掌谷物贮存、加工、使用和借贷。正四命。下设小司仓上士以佐其职，领舍人上士、司禄上士、神仓中士、黍仓中士、稷仓中士、稻仓中士、豆仓中士、麦仓中士、米仓中士、盐仓中士、典曲中士、典舂中士、典硙中士等官属。隋开皇元年（581）罢。
