常识	刘祥道
释义	刘祥道（596—666）唐魏州观城（今河南清丰南）人，字同寿。永徽初，历中书舍人、御史中丞、吏部侍郎。显庆二年（657），迁黄门侍郎，仍知选事，上疏陈铨选六弊。诏与杜正伦详议，以执政惮改作，事竟不行。四年，迁刑部尚书，每覆大狱，必歔叹，刑杀时则不食。麟德元年（664），拜右相。性谨慎，忧不堪位，数陈老病，请就闲职。坐与上官仪善，罢为司礼太常伯。从高宗封泰山，进爵广平郡公。
