释义	出界粮唐时，朝廷征调节度使辖军出境，到外地作战时所负担的军费。安史乱后，藩镇割据，内战频仍，朝廷调遣节度使军队到外镇作战，“旧制皆仰给度支。”德宗时，“优恤士卒，每出境，加给酒肉，本道仍给其家，一人兼三人之给，故将士利之。”军队出境之后，常止步不前，战争旷日持久，节度使得以节省自己军费。
