攻略	新会会馆北京-北京北京新会会馆新会会馆新会会馆又称梁启超故居位于粉房琉璃街115号。著名学者梁启超曾住在这里。梁启超是广东新会人，光绪举人，1895年参加会试，随康有为发动“公车上书”，是戊戌变法主要倡导者之一。戊戌变法失败后梁启超流亡日本，以后曾出任北洋政府司法总长。晚年在清华等校任教。梁启超将自己所住的屋子取名“饮冰室”，自号“饮冰室主人”，现饮冰室仍在。
