河湾渡假村位在平溪乡，介于十分寮与十分瀑布之间，区内规划除保留原有的自然的纯朴为主外，并建设了人工化融合于青山碧水间，如品茗休憩区．体能活动等区域，景致相当动人。整个渡假村又以餐厅旅馆为主体，穿越过旅馆前的草坪，可达露营烤肉区，附近并建置了游泳池，亦是消暑戏水的好去处。此外，旅馆另辟有划水池．采果步道．森林浴步道等，漫步其中好不令人心旷心怡。
