双台河口国家自然保护区位于辽宁省盘锦市境内，距市区约30公里，地处渤海辽宁湾顶部双台子河入海处，是目前世界上保存较好，面积较大，植被类型较完整的生态地块。主要保护丹顶鹤、黑嘴鸥等世界珍稀濒危水禽及双台河口湿地生态环境，是综合性自然保护区。
