An organization formed in November 1993 by fifteen European governments. Its goals include a single economic community and political and political cooperation. It consists of Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland and Sweden.
