Our country is never going to get out of this economic rut with these weak-willed shufflers leading our government.
3. slang The reanimated corpse of a human that shuffles from place to place in a mindless, animalistic manner; a zombie. In the film, the group of survivors hide out in an abandoned mall, venturing into town to gather supplies while trying to avoid the shufflers wandering around the city.
