six-pack

1. A pack of six cans or bottles of a beverage, typically beer or soda, sold together as a single unit. The liquor store down the road sells six-packs of bud light for just $5. A: "What should a bring to the party?" B: "We don't really need anything. Maybe bring a six-pack of something you like to drink."
2. slang Well-defined abdominal muscles that appear in two columns of three on one's belly (likened to the appearance of a six-pack of cans). My goal for the summer was to shed my love handles and finally get a six-pack. I know it's pretty superficial, but I find six-packs incredibly attractive on men.

1. in. to while away a specified period of time drinking a six-pack of beer. (see also Joe Six-pack.) He sat in front of the television and six-packed the entire afternoon.
2. n. a well-muscled abdomen. Tom’s gut is a real six-pack. He must work out every day.
