rolling buzz
1. A prolonged, low murmur or droning sound. There was a rolling buzz in the audience which gave way to applause as they finally raised the curtain.
2. A prolonged, mild euphoria resulting from intoxication by alcohol or drugs. I did four shots of vodka with my energy drink so I would have a rolling buzz throughout the flight. Smoking that joint gave me a rolling buzz all day.
